How to Import Emails to Zoho Mail?
- Login to Zoho Mail
- Go to Settings option >> in "Access old version for" Click Import/Export
- In left side Import Message portion Choose the file to import (File must be a .zip file containing unlimited .eml files, as it doesn't support any other format)
- Select a Folder e.g. Inbox and Click on Ok
- Click Import button.
As soon as you import, you will get a mail and importing process will start. Import Emails to Zoho Mail process completed after this. It can be noted that Import Emails to Zoho with .eml format from any email client.
How to Export Zoho Mail Messages?
- Login to Zoho Mai
- Go to Settings >> Click Import/Export option
- At Right portion, Export Message Choose Folder to export and Click OK.
- Choose duration of the Messages you want to export or Select all Messages
- Click on Export button.
So, finally Export Zoho Mail process will be completed as soon as you got the email and Click on Show zip link, new window will open then just click.
